Could you please give me a source where I could buy ornamental rhubarb? I fell in love with this plant on a recent garden tour. Is this a perennial?

It is a perennial hardy to zone 5, is grown in a way similar to the rhubarb of the vegetable garden and there are several varieties of it. Heronswood nursery offers plants of several types of ornamental rhubarb (Rheum) http://www.heronswood.com/ and Thompson and Morgan offers seed for Rheum palmatum http://www.thompson-morgan.com...
