I have hanging baskets of Lysimachia. They were in bloom when I bought them, but have not bloomed again. Should they be pinched back, old bloom clusters removed?

In a hanging basket, I would guess you are growing Lysimachia congestiflora. This plant needs to be cut back to promote repeat blooming. It also needs an evenly moist soil along with a regular fertilization routine using a water soluble fertilizer for blooming plants according to the label instructions.
