I have french blue hydrangeas at my home on Cape Cod. If I cut the flowers off of it, will it rebloom during the season, or do the blooms that are on now last throughout the summer?

Cutting the flowers will not increase the number of blooms although a thorough "harvest" could help conserve the plant's energy so it could bloom more heavily next year.
