I just purchased your winter red hybrid tomato and blue blue lake bean. Is it too late for me to start these? I live in zone 6.

Winter Red tomatoes take about 70 days to harvest from transplant and the Blue Lake bush beans take about 58 days to bear from seeding. With a late or fall planting you need to add about ten days to the total. Use your average fall frost date and count backwards to see if you think it will be worth planting. The tomatoes probably would not be worth the trouble, but I would bet on the beans.
