How do I put drainage in ceramic pots without drilling the pot?

If you are not willing to risk drilling a hole in the pot, then you can use it as a "cachepot." Grow your plant in a plastic pot with drainage holes and set that on a layer of gravel or on a water collecting saucer set inside the ceramic pot. Empty any water that collects in the saucer or bottom of the ceramic pot. Voila!
