I have several Lillies in my garden and I am not sure if I should cut the stems back when they finish flowering, like you do with daffidils and tulips.

Usually the stems are left in place so that the foliage may continue to grow and replenish the bulb. To deadhead, remove the small individual flower stems where the seedpods will form, or nip off about the top third of the stalk.
