I started my nasturtiums from seed outdoors in pots at Bethany Bch Del. The leaves are covered with white spots is this due to too much water or an insect or what?

There are several possible causes for white spots including mildew and other infections. Excess moisture and poor air circulation would contribute to the problems. For a more specific diagnosis you might wish to take a sample to your country extension. In the meantime, remove and destroy the infected leaves to try to reduce the chance of it spreading further.
