Hi!

I saw some bright gorgeous flowers at the florist called Festive Spray mums. They are in the brightest shades of blue and fuschia. I bought some home and inspected the leaves and found even they have some coloring on them. These colors look too good to be true! Can I get mum plants in these bright colors, or are the flowers I bought just dyed those colors? I suspect this because the leaves have tinges of color almost as if someone snipped the stems and put white flowered stalks in colored solution!

Although there are some bright purply pink mums available for gardens, they are not "that" bright. You will often find that florists' flowers have been "color enhanced".
