My friend purchased a Lisianthus plant in Pennsylvania Amish Country and wants to know if it is a perennial or an annual. What is it and how does she care for it? |
Lisianthus (Eustoma) can be difficult to grow at home although it is frequently grown commerically as a cut flower. The plant needs full to partial sun, a moist yet very well drained soil, and may need to be staked to help support the flowers. It is grown as an annual. |
