I would like to order your butterfly bush seed mix. But I was wondering when is the best time to plant them. Will they look just like the plants you sell?

Since these are seed grown plants instead of cutting propagated or otherwise cloned plants, there will be some variation from plant to plant. This could be in flower color, ultimate size, and general vigor so some are always a bit "nicer" than others. But they will all be somewhat similar. It is a good idea to plant the seeds early in the season so the plants have time to achieve some size before winter sets in. They also grow better in warm soil. Burpee sells seed year round, though.
