Saw a tall flower that looked like a sparkler or fireworks in pink and/or white. Would like to know what it is, if an annual or prerennial, seeds or plants. Growing in full sun when I saw it.

My guess is Cleome, also known as spider flower. It's a carefree annual, fast growing to 3' or 4', producing a haze of open, rounded, spiky flower heads from last spring through frost. Cleome grows best in full sun or very light shade, in average to dry soil.
