Hi! I ordered the thai dragon peppers, and they are growing beautifully, with many green fruits up to 4 inches long so far. When will they be turning ripe, and when would be the best time to pick them?

Aslo, I ordered the big boy bush tomatoes, which are just starting to produce wee tiny friuts. When is the ripening/picking date on those as well? Loving the plants a bunch

Big Boy tomatoes normally take about 78 days to harvest from transplanting and the peppers about 70 days. With our cool cloudy summer so far you may find the time a bit longer. Wait until the tomatoes taste truly ripe before picking. The peppers can be picked green but will become hotter as they ripen to red.
