| Big Boy tomatoes normally take about 78 days to harvest from transplanting and the peppers about 70 days. With our cool cloudy summer so far you may find the time a bit longer. Wait until the tomatoes taste truly ripe before picking. The peppers can be picked green but will become hotter as they ripen to red. |
