One of my tomato plants are missing a lot of leaves on top. They just have stems? It has rained a lot in the last week, could this be the cause or is it something else?

It is possible that a hornworm is munching on the plant. Look for a giant green caterpillar on the underside of a leaf. Simply remove it.
