Black spots on the leaves of your geraniums could indicate a fungal or bacterial disease. If only a few leaves are affected you can pull those leaves off the plant. If the entire plant is affected, you might want to toss it and replace it with a healthy plant. Geraniums grow best in full sunshine, soil on the dry side, and lots of air circulation around the plants. If not given ideal conditions they can develop diseases. Try moving your geraniums to a sunnier location and see if they don't perk up. Hope so!
