I have read recently about two types of spinach which are considered very nutritious, tampala and mustard spinach. Where can I get seeds or starter plants of these two?

Tampala is Chinese spinach, also known as amaranth spinach. Seeds for both tampala and mustard spinach are available from Nichol's Garden Nursery, 1190 North Pacific Hwy, Albany, OR 97321-4580. Phone (541) 928-9280 for a copy of their catalog.
