The Q&A Archives: Xeriscape Plant List

Question: Do you have a list of trees, shrubs and groundcovers (any vegetation that are pretty even without flowers) that do well for xeriscape garden in my area?

Answer: Here's a list of drought-resistant plants. As you're planning your garden, remember to prepare the soil well prior to planting (amend with organic matter to help the soil hold water), and plan to water regularly until the plants become established.
