My tomato plants have fruit, but are not ripening. We have had about a month of rainy cool weather. Could this be the problem and if so, is there enough time left for them to ripen if the weather turns hotter? Or should I pull them up and hope for better weather next year?

They should ripen if the weather ever cooperates. The plants will keep going until frost, so there is no reason to rip them out yet.
