My cherry tomato plant has a ton of tomatoes but all the leaves seem to have shriveled and died. What gives?

Usually a tomato will defoliate if severely affected by a pest or disease. Unfortunately, based on your description I am not sure what has happened to yours. I fthe tomatoes have begun to color you could pick them and set them on the kitchen counter or room temperature and out of the way spot to ripen. Note that they should not be placed in direct sun.
