Could you tell me what is wrong with my Achillea Tomentosa? The center of the plant turns grayish and dies out. The problem works its way out toward the tips of the plant until the whole plant looks dead. I started the plants from seed this year and they get sun from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

You are describing a typical problem with this plant. It must be planted in full sun preferably all day long and in a soil with perfect drainage or it will do this. Good air circulation is also important.
