May I save leftover seeds from year to year, or do they go bad after a certain amount of time?

Seed storage life varies between species. Storage conditions greatly affect storage life of seeds. In general seed should be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator or better yet the freezer for maximum storage life. Warm temperatures and humidity decrease storage life.
