I am looking for the name of a tree with clusters of bright orange berries. The leaves almost have the look of locust.

You might be looking for a mountain ash (Sorbus). The fruit looks vibrant in the fall. You'll find images on the World Wide Web if you search using the keywords, Sorbus aucuparia (European Mountain Ash).
