Can Larkspur seeds be planted in the fall? If so what other flower seeds can also be planted now to come up in the spring?

You can sow larkspur seeds outdoors now, as well as seeds for primrose, alstroemeria, clematis, hardy cyclamen, helleborus, allium, aquilega, asclepias, bergenia, gentiana, globularia and pansy, to name a few.
