| Pole beans (and bush beans) are relatively easy to grow for experiments. Healthy plants would need full sun, average to rich soil, and soil that is kept evenly moist but not sopping wet. They will not tolerate freezing temperatures or cold soil so you will need to use a greenhouse or a very bright window sill. Good luck with your experiments. |
