I would like to know if it is possible to spray pumpkins for weeds.

Although it would theoretically be possible to spot treat weeds using a herbicide containing glyphosate, this is a nonselective chemical and you would need to very carefully shield the pumpkins from contact with it. Perhaps a better solution and one that helps feed the soil at the same time, would be to mulch under the pumpkins so as to suppress the weeds. If weeds have already taken hold in the bed, it may be best to wait until after the pumpkin harvest and then deal with the weed problem.
