This spring I purschased daffodils which were to be potted indoors and grow like Paper Whites. Well, they did not bloom. I have had them outside and now I have noticed that the bulbs are multiplying and have now over crowded the pot. It also looks like it is trying to grow again. What should I do? The pot does not have any holes in the bottom.

You might try repotting them into fresh soilless potting mix and use a pot with drainage holes in the bottom. The bulbs can be placed quite close together in the pot. If they have rested and are regrowing, with luck they may have built up enough strength to bloom for you, but I would not be too disappointed if they don't.
