Is it alright to put mulched "thundercloud" leaves throughout my gardenbeds? The include perennials.

In general, chopped (healthy) leaves are a great mulching material for perennial beds. Composted leaves (also called leaf mold) is an excellent soil amendment or mulching material as well. Be sure to apply the mulch around but not overtop of the plants.
