Do you water in bulbs (tulips and daffodils) after planting?

Yes. One deep watering is usually sufficient in your region until the bulbs sprout in spring. When the foliage reaches 2-3 inches high, start watering to keep the soil moist (but never wet) during growth and blooming. Water slowly and deeply so that the roots get the moisture.
