Tiny Egg-liked Subtance On New Leaves - Knowledgebase Question

There are some tiny egg like substance on my new shoots. They are they as soon as the new shoot sprout. It only infest the newly grown leaves...any idea what are they?

Based on your description, I would suspect aphids. Try washing them off with spray of plain water from the garden hose.
