I am going to be moving to a house (on top of a hill) with about 20 acres that are mostly wooded and has a somewhat high grade. I am looking for extremely pest resistant and disese resistant varieties of apples and grapes and sour cherries that will do well in my area. Thanx.

There are many varieties that would possibly do well for you. You might wish to consult with your local county extension (372-9971) as to which ones are recommended for your specific area and soil type. They should also be able to provide you with the most up to date recommendations on minimum spray regimes for fruit crops and their correct timing for your local area along with provide suggestions as to the best location within your property for establishing the plantings. Enjoy your new acreage!
