I inherited two Magnolia trees with the house, planted with Southern exposure, about 10 feet apart, each one about 8-10 feet tall. I am surprised they have survived the desert summers. One has deep green leaves and looks quite healthy. The other has dried brown tips on some leaves and some light green/yellowing leaves. Neither one produce blossoms. Any tips for keeping them healthy in this climate would be appreciated.
