Apparently I stored my seeds too quickly. I thought they were dry, but they've got mold on them after only a month of storage in zip-lock bags. Should I just throw them out, or does it matter?

Mold is not a good thing when it comes to seed storage. You might try drying them some more and then storing them. You might also want to do some germination testing to see if they are still viable. Unfortunately, if they are mushy or have already tried to sprout they are not worth keeping.
