i was thinking of growing a ground cover around my blueberries to cut down on the weeds. i was thinking of growing white clover, since the seeds wouldn't disturb the roots and it could handle the foot traffic. do you have any other suggestions?

Blueberries are shallow rooted plants and require an evenly moist (yet well drained) soil. The clover might act as a strong competitor for moisture. For this reason I would suggest using a layer of organic mulch such as compost mixed with pine needles or bark around the shrubs rather than a growing plant.
