I am working on a science fair experiment and plan to use five different water sources to water my lima bean plants. If I use a sugar water solution of l TBL sugar to one cup of water to water the plants will the sugar effect the growth of the plant? I will be able to determine this at the end of my experiment. However, I was hoping for some information that I could include in my research paper. Thank you for your consideration. I will be sure to cite this communication on my bibliography. Tom Bales |
First, review what you know about photosynthesis. Now, consider if a plant is equipped to actually use that sugar provided via the roots. That should answer your question. |
