| Beans are often used for experiments as they grow fairly quickly and are a sturdy plant, although it may not produce beans within your time frame. Leaf lettuces are also fast growing. Vegetable packets and catalog descriptions will have "Days to Maturity" listed which will help you choose something that will grow within your time frame. Good luck! |
