I have 7 miniature roses which I have brought inside for the Winter. After finally getting rid of the spider mites, they are doing quite well and are loaded with blooms and new buds and growth. My question is this - do my minis need to be allowed to go dormant for a time, or will they be OK if they are left inside in the warm all Winter? I have been fertilizing and watering them well.

These little plants often make excellent blooming houseplants, assuming they receive enough light. It sounds like yours are doing extremely well!
