These seeds take a relatively long time to germinate, often three or four weeks. They should be surface sown on dampened mix and then the container covered with plastic wrap to maintain humidity. Set it in a bright location out of direct sunlight. The soil should be kept on the warm side so a heating cable or warm location should be used. Once the seeds begin to germinate, remove the cover and water as needed to keep the soil slightly moist.
