| Along with concern about invasive roots, trees and shrubs planted near pools should be as litter-free as possible, to keep from making a mess in and around the pool. Some suggestions include Acacia stenophylla (shoestring acacia), Ensete (banana), tree ferns, palms and Schefflera. |
