| Burpee offers soil test kits in the catalog, but does not actually perform soil testing. Your county extension (285-4630) should be able to help you with soil testing and interpreting the results. Lime can be applied in the winter, although if you apply it when the soil is frozen there is a chance it will blow away before it has a chance to infiltrate the soil. |
