Is honeysuckle a good flower vine to plant on my fence? Will it be able to handle mild frost in winter? The space is in full sun.

Honeysuckle is a good choice for your gardening zone. Once established, it will grow quickly and cover your fence. If really cold weather kills back some of the growth, prune it off and stand back - new growth will appear in the spring. Honeysuckle has lovely, fragrant blossoms. Enjoy!
