I pulled up tulip bulbs after leaves yellowed. Just found them in garage in flat container in which they were drying.
We have had below zero temps. Can I save them? What do I do?

If the bulbs are still in good condition (not mushy from being frozen) you could try planting them in containers and providing them with cool but above freezing temperatures so they may root and prepare to bloom. (Tulips need nearly four months of chilling time, other bulbs usually a bit less). In spring you can plant them in the ground.
