What information can I get on growing vegatables with seed tapes? I need to know if there is an advantage to tapes or just seeds.

The real advantages of using seed tapes is that tiny seeds are easier to handle when embedded in the tapes, and the seeds come pre-spaced, so there's no need to thin your seedlings. Lots of gardeners like the tapes because the resulting plants are evenly spaced in nice, neat rows. Seed tapes cost a little more, but if you hate thinning your seedlings, you just might prefer the tapes.
