WHEN SOWING SEEDS SUCH AS TOMATOE AND PEPPER SEEDS,IS IT BEST TO USE SOILESS MIX AND FERTILIZE OR USE REGULAR POTTING SOIL? SHOULD YOU USE DIFFERANT SOIL FOR FLOWER SEEDS?

Soilless mix would be preferred because it is more sterile than potting soil. It also is more predictably formulated. It works well for all kinds of seeds. Do not fertilize the seedlings until they have one or more sets of "real" leaves, and then use a very dilute solution of water soluble fertilizer to avoid the risk of "burning" them.
