We had a very wet spring and summer last year. My garden is usually the best around but it was the worse I ever had. Big
plants but very little vegetables. Could it be just from the weather or is my garden in need of some fertilizer?

I would suspect it to have been a combination of factors including ccoler and cloudy weather and possibly excess nitrogen which can cause extra foliar growth at the expense of flowers or fruit. However, the only way to know for sure is to run some soil tests and find out. Your county extension (774-3003) can help with the tests and interpreting the results. I hope you have better results this year.
