I want to make a salad out of nasturtium leaves. Certain leaves like Kale are not easy to digest.
Do nasturtium leaves cause digestive problems?

Nasturtium leaves have a peppery flavor - young leaves are tender and older leaves are tougher and slightly bitter. I'd mix a few young nasturtium leaves in with some tender lettuce leaves and give them a try. If you like the flavor, and they do not cause digestive problems, you can mix a few more in with a leaf lettuce salad. I'm afraid using only nasturtium leaves for a salad might be a bit overwhelming for your taste buds!
