Lisianthus (Eustoma) produces excellent cut flowers - regularly remove spent flowers to encourage additional blooms. Cut down any woody stems and all dead foliage now, and new foliage will appear in spring. Lisianthus does not like to be transplanted, so divide plants only when they become really overcrowded.
