What is the best type of fertilizer to use on my tree? It is currently bearing fruit. It is in a room with west and south sun.

Citrus are heavy users of nitrogen, and in many orchards that is all they apply. Since yours is in a pot and will quickly deplete the nutrients, I'd recommend an all-purpose fertilizer instead, such as 10-10-10, or 15-30-15. There are also fertilizers especially formulated for citrus, but they may not carry them in the mountains of Utah since it's not a big citrus-growing area!
