| Which direction is up when planting the hardy cyclamen bulb? To me the bulb looks like a mushroom button. Does the round part go up or does it go down? |
| With some plants, especially dormant bareroot plants and bulbs, it's hard to tell which way is up. The rounded side goes down, with a flat area on top being where the plant will sprout from. Roots will grow from the rounded side. |
