I love fragrant flowers and would like to plant some in window boxes. If this is possible, please give me some suggestions.

Thank you.

You can grow nearly any small annual plant in a window box as long as it is suited to the sun exposure. Some fragrant plants to consider would be sweet alyssum, ten week stock, sweet violets, dwarf sweet peas, or the "Daddy" series of petunias, and for an unusual touch, you might try the extremely fragrant summer bulb called tuberose.
