Dicentra scandens "Athens Yellow" is a climbing yellow bleeding heart, hardy in warmer zones (ie 7b to 10). It is a loosely growing vine capable of very profuse bloom all season. Perhaps this is what you have. An internet search using the words dicentra scandens at a search engine such as google should bring up some photos for you.
