I got a little anxious and started seeds for 4 different perennials in January. Now I am realizing I strated them too early and wonder if there is anything I can do to help them survive until I can transplant them outdoors. I live in Zone 5.

Make sure they get as much light as possible, 14-16 hours per day, so they don't get spindly. If natural light isn't available, you might want to consider putting them under grow lights. Keep soil consistently moist. Plant up into larger pots as needed to allow room for root systems to expand. Allow plenty of air circulation among plants. Fertilize with a diluted all-purpose fertilizer (e.g., 10-10-10) weekly, as they will quickly use up nutrients in your potting soil. Good luck!
